Shared Leadership - shared leadership structures through a guiding coalition and site leadership team that lead, create, and provide input into professional development and site instructional agreements.
Tiered Interventions - levels of intervention support offered in areas of academic, social-emotional, and behavioral needs, such as social-skills group and math workshop.
CARE Team - weekly support staff team meetings that collaborate with classroom teachers to proactively identify students in need of additional supports and interventions.
Inclusive Climate and Culture - school-wide focus on a sense of belonging and inclusion for all students supported through school-wide anti bias lessons. student leadership groups, and student clubs."
