Christine Arostigue-Manson’s Post

I'm proud to share that I recently completed the Leaders to Watch Academy through CLMS! It was an incredible learning experience, guided by the expertise of Dr. LaFaye Platter and Dr. Martinrex Kedziora. We explored the importance of political influence, leadership impact, and how to lead culturally responsive and equity-centered systems. I was equally inspired by my cohort peers as we presented our Capstone projects—each one a testament to the passion and dedication of leaders committed to student success. I highly recommend this academy to any current or aspiring school leader looking to deepen their impact and grow their leadership capacity.

We understand the issues facing today's education leaders ...

... and we have the solution.

The Leaders to Watch Academy is a transformational leadership journey that helps administrators learn and apply core professional competencies, drive continuous improvement through the Schools to Watch model, and become self-aware, confident, and empathetic leaders.
