  • Professional Learning Communities (PLCs): Teachers and support staff collaborate weekly to analyze student data, plan targeted instruction, and continuously refine strategies to improve learning outcomes for all students.

  • Data-Driven Instructional Practices: Teachers use frequent formative assessments, benchmark data, and student work analysis to guide instructional decisions, adjust interventions, and ensure all students have access to rigorous, standards aligned learning.

  • Small Group Instruction (SGI): Teachers provide targeted, scaffolded instruction in small groups based on student data, ensuring individualized support, increased engagement, and access to grade level standards for all learners.

  • Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) and Social Emotional Learning (SEL): Ramona integrates PBIS with SEL by establishing clear expectations, recognition systems, and trauma informed strategies that promote student well being, responsible behavior, and a positive, inclusive school culture."
