Data-Driven Instructional Practices: Teachers use frequent formative assessments, benchmark data, and student work analysis to guide instructional decisions, adjust interventions, and ensure all students have access to rigorous, standards aligned learning.
Small Group Instruction (SGI): Teachers provide targeted, scaffolded instruction in small groups based on student data, ensuring individualized support, increased engagement, and access to grade level standards for all learners.
Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) and Social Emotional Learning (SEL): Ramona integrates PBIS with SEL by establishing clear expectations, recognition systems, and trauma informed strategies that promote student well being, responsible behavior, and a positive, inclusive school culture."
