  • WIN Time (What I Need): A weekly built-in intervention and enrichment block that flexibly groups students based on real-time data, ensuring every learner receives timely support or challenge.

  • PBIS with ROAR Expectations: A schoolwide system (Respectful, Organized, Accountable, Resilient) reinforced through rallies, incentives, and restorative practices that creates a positive and replicable school culture.

  • AVID WICOR Integration: Consistent use of AVID strategies across content areas to embed rigor, literacy, and academic discourse, a practice that can be replicated in any schoolwide instructional framework.

  • Student-Led Conferences: Students take ownership of their learning by leading conferences with families, reinforcing accountability, reflection, and student voice.

  • Career Technical Education (CTE) Pathways: Expanded elective offerings in robotics, coding,  sports medicine, agri-science, and digital media connect students to high school and career readiness."
