Replicable Practices
One Day Student Conferences: Muir United and Muir Empowered are two powerful conferences that we host for all students.
Restorative Justice Practices: We have created a variety of modules in our Character Building Google Classroom providing opportunities for students to reflect on their behavior and learn from their mistakes.
Supporting ELD Families: We hired an Armenian-speaking Parent Liaison who is integral in bridging the language barrier with new families and helping acclimate them to the American school system.
Community Partnerships: We have developed long-term partnerships with various corporations and entities, these partnerships have provided incredible resources for our school and amazing opportunities for our students.
John Muir Service Day: The day is dedicated to campus beautification with volunteers planting trees, bushes, and flowers transforming our campus.
