Replicable Practices
W.I.N. (What I Need) Structure: Students set meaningful goals daily and monthly, taking real ownership of their learning, behavior, and future plans while developing the life skills they need to thrive in daily classes.
Holistic, Data-Driven Interventions: Students receive timely, targeted support as staff monitor academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth each week, adjusting instruction and systems regularly so every student keeps moving forward.
Trauma-Informed, Culturally Relevant Practices: Students are seen, heard, and valued. Through conversations, connections with staff, SEL instruction, and consistent access to mental health support, they rebuild trust, develop resilience, and feel safe enough to grow.
Collaborative Transition Support: Every student exits with a clear path forward. Impact Coordinators work closely with families, home schools, and community partners to make sure each student has the plan, the people, and the confidence to succeed.
