Nadine Finn is an extraordinary educator whose 32-year career has positively impacted thousands of students. Her warmth, humor, and steady presence create a classroom where students feel valued, supported, and confident enough to take academic and personal risks. She builds strong, trusting relationships, meets students where they are, and helps them develop resilience, self-confidence, and a lasting love of learning.

Her influence extends well beyond her classroom. As a longtime member of the site leadership team, Nadine has helped shape the school’s cornerstones, behavior systems, and Special Education leadership. She supports colleagues in implementing effective, consistent practices and is a trusted mentor known for her professionalism, creativity, and thoughtful guidance.

Nadine also champions student leadership and models what it means to be a caring, responsible member of the school community. Her commitment to students’ well-being is evident in the presence of her therapy dog, Twix, who provides comfort and emotional support on campus each day.

By balancing instruction, leadership, and mentorship with energy and heart, Nadine leaves a lasting mark on students, families, and colleagues. Her dedication, compassion, and steady commitment to excellence make her truly deserving of Educator of the Year.
