Dr. Larry Jarocki, an esteemed educator at University High School for four years, brings over two decades of educational expertise to his roles. As the Advanced Placement (AP) English Language and Composition teacher, his students consistently achieve a remarkable 74-75% pass rate, a testament to his prolific instructional skills. Dr. Jarocki extends his impact as Yearbook Advisor, earning the National Yearbook Program of Excellence Award in 2022. As Head Speech and Debate Coach, he guides 50-60 students to numerous accolades, including Valley Champions. Serving as English Department Chair, his leadership fosters collegiality and dedication, evident in weekly department meetings. Dr. Jarocki's diverse roles also include teaching engaging elective classes like Ballroom Dancing, Creative Writing, and College Essay Writing during the Elective Intersession. His positivity, creativity, and kindness make Dr. Jarocki a dedicated and exceptional educator, leaving an indelible mark on University High School.
