Joe Candelas almost singlehandedly built the robust, thriving performing arts program at his school. Through after-school programs, in-class activities, and parent involvement, he fosters a safe, caring, and empowering community for student artists and emerging society leaders who are full of empathy and confidence. Joe has redefined what a middle school drama department can accomplish.
