La Paz uses culturally and linguistically responsive teaching, regular student-data review, and a daily tutorial period to expand access and provide timely support. Its Dot and Reverse Dot Process combines teacher observations with student feedback to identify students who may need a stronger connection with a caring adult. These practices are coordinated through MTSS to support academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.
